Right of Withdrawal 

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Leo Hobby at support@leohobby.com within 14 days from the date of delivery.

After notifying us about the withdrawal, customers must send the goods back within 14 days.

Please include the completed Return Form inside the return package whenever possible.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in case of withdrawal from the purchase contract.

We do not provide a return label, so you can send the parcel back using a courier or postal service of your choice.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof that the goods have been shipped back.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items that show signs of use, damage, or missing original packaging not caused by transport.

Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Claims)

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@leohobby.com as soon as possible after receiving the parcel and include clear photos of the issue whenever possible.

Please do not return defective or incorrect items before contacting us first.

In such cases, Leo Hobby will provide further instructions regarding the return process and possible reimbursement of return shipping costs.
